For my first visit the food was pretty good. We got unlimited hot pot and bbq for $35 which is a great value. I’m giving it 3 stars because at the end of our meal, the server told us there would normally be a charge for the amount of food we had left on the table….first of all, their policy wasn’t very visible, although I did see it on the way out. And secondly, I felt as if the amount of food we had left was not in excess. I can understand having this policy for a ridiculous amount…but are we expected the clear every plate we had? I’ve included a picture to show that most of the plates were in fact empty. And 2 plates were brought to us by mistake. The server didn’t end up charging us because “it was hectic, and it was our first time” but I won’t be returning based on this.

I had a very enjoyable dining experience at this Hot Pot & BBQ restaurant. The food was fresh, and there was a great variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and side dishes to choose from. The hot pot broth was flavorful, and the BBQ options were delicious and easy to cook right at the table. The restaurant was clean and spacious, creating a comfortable atmosphere for families and groups of friends. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. I am giving 4 stars because there were a few items that could have been refilled more quickly, but overall the quality of the food and service was excellent. I would definitely come back again for another hot pot and BBQ experience.

Was my first time here.. I did the soup with a mushroom base.. Kinda bland. The selection of add ins was overwhelming.. Not really a soup person. Was experimenting so it was.. Wife liked it so, it was ok.

Overall they get five stars. Everything was good. But I’m not a big hot pot fan so it could have been great lol. The brown sugar boba was amazing!! So so good! The crab wontons were just mediocre. The fried shrimp was really good. The red snapper was frozen—not thawed out. The salmon was good as well as the red meat. They have a sauce bar with many options including fresh jalapeños! The duck sauce tasted really bad. The ice cream wasn’t worth it. Got the birthday cake flavor but tasted like the pink medicine you have to drink as a kid. The chocolate and strawberry mouse was good! Our server was Katrina and she just didn’t seem like she liked our table. We definitely got more servings of the fatty meat and the red snapper than what we ordered and at first she tried to say we’ll have to pay for waste but we argued slightly and either she or the manager ended up not charging us. Overall not bad if you like hotpots

Perfect food for a nasty snowy winter day. My husband and I each got the special rib soup as our base, which had sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, dates, and green onions in it. I don't remember all the stuff that we got for the hotpot but it was all very good, my favorites were the general tso's chicken appetizer, pork belly, and rice cakes. My husband's favorites were the dumplings, ramen, and the seafood pancake appetizer. Our favorite sauce from the sauce bar was the secret hotpot sauce, we even added it to the broth because it was so good. Everyone was very nice, and the music was played at a good level. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again
